Antonelli Motorsport, owned by Marco Antonelli, who’s debut in racing dates back to 1986 in the Tourism classes, from there the ascent to Superturismo and the call of Alfa Romeo in the DTM test team.
The Italian team of great professionals will take part in the new GT4 series in Italy and also in some races in the European GT4 Series in 2019 with two SIN R1 GT4s. Furthermore, Antonelli Motosport will make a new special customer racing program in the Italian GT4 Championship for next year.
With incredible racing heritage and with Marco’s personal involvement in the motorsport field he and his team will take responsibility for the ‘’Italian’’ touch in our cars – the final assembly of the SIN R1 GT4 will be in Bologna.
The agreement with Antonelli Motorsport is signed due to the new project manager for the road cars business of SIN CARS – Diego Iodice, owner of Teknogear. Diego will be responsible to bring the Italian heritage and experience onto the road version of the SIN R1. Starting from some very advanced technical innovation on the gearbox and finishing with one of the best Italian interior design companies responsible for the interior finish are some of the new additions to the car. All the new models of SIN CARS will be Made in Italy.
