Hello, friends and motorsport fans!
The beginning of the season 2018 of the European GT4 series is close!‘Sofia Car Motorsport’ with Ivan Vlachkov behind the wheel of the Sin R1 GT4 will compete in the 5 rounds of the championship this year. The previous season was very successful for us as we managed to win two first, three second and two third places! At the end of the season, we were awarded the third place for class AM in the Team ranking.
The first round will take place in Most, Czech Republic at Autodrom Most, April 27-29, where we haven’t competed until now. The next challenge will be the Red Bull Ring, Austria on May 18-20, where our Team Manager Rosen Daskalov crashed severely in 2015 and was saved only by the robust construction of the car. A month later the team will compete in the Green Hell – Nurburgring. Next stop will be Slovakia ring where Ivan first got behind the wheel of Sin R1 GT4 and won his first place in the GT4 championship! Finally we are going to windy Zandvoort, Netherlands on 5-7 October, where the last round of the series will take place.
