The trading of shares of SIN CARS INDUSTRY JSC on the BSE officially started
On July 1, the company’s shares were successfully traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This marks the next important step in the development of SIN CARS INDUSTRY as a public company. The interest in the shares was great and in the first minutes of trading the share price reached nearly BGN 2.50, and the number of our shareholders quickly increased from 105 in early June during the realization of the issue to 220 at the moment. A tribute to our new shareholders
During the ceremony on the BSE, through a raffle in the presence of the BSE management, we selected three of our first shareholders who took part in the initial offering of the issue of new shares. They will have the opportunity to visit SIN CARS in Ruse, to get close and familiar with the process of creating the first electric car L CITY, and experience an adrenaline rush by riding in the sports super car SIN R1.
First official presentation of L CITY
The big IAA Mobility 2021 exhibition will take place in early September. Representatives of the Mobility and Technology sectors will meet at this international forum. This is will be the first big appearance for the L CITY electric car. IAA Mobility 2021 will take place in Munich from 7 to 12 September and will present the hottest innovations and trends in transport. Visitors will be able to see L CITY at the place where products of large companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Michelin, Bosch and many others will be presented. The opportunity to be present among so many already established brands in the automotive industry will be an exceptional opportunity, honor and responsibility for us, and will give us the opportunity to demonstrate what we have achieved and to enrich our knowledge in the field to be in track with the future. Beginning of the L CITY homologation process
Earlier this week, we submitted the first homologation documents to L CITY. It will be carried out in partnership with TÜV SÜD and will be for a car in category N1 and 1 + 1 seats. What does N1 mean? This is a categorization for a light truck with a maximum load capacity of up to 3.5 tons. This is also the car you will see at IAA Mobility 2021. After completing the N1 homologation, we start one for the passenger version (M1), and later – for the L CITY version with two rear axles.
