The 2014 British GT cup season got off to an excellent start for the Bulgarian driver Rosen Daskalov. The opening round of the championship held at Donington park saw a packed grid of more than 30 entries all competing for victory in their respective GTO, GTA, GTB and GTC classes. After making its racing debut for the last 3 weekends in the 2013 GT Cup calendar, Sin Cars worked over the winter to analyze the collected data and improve the car for ready for the 2014 season.
The opening race saw the Sin R1 take 3rd place in GTB Class. An excellent drive from the experienced BMW saloon and Karting Champion saw Daskolov hold off fights from the competition and hold his composure amongst the pack.
Appreciation was shown by fellow competitors and media for what had been achieved over the winter and enabling the Sin R1 to be truly competitive against some of the biggest manufactures in world motorsport.

Rounds 4,5,6 of the GT cup are at Brands Hatch GP on May 17th – 18th.
